Agreement to terms

By using Infradock you agree to these Terms. If you disagree you may not use our services. These Terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

Description of service

Infradock provides infrastructure monitoring and management, including:

• •Server and infrastructure monitoring
• •Domain and SSL certificate management
• •Security scanning and alerts
• •Data export and reporting

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

User accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to: violate laws or regulations; infringe others’ rights; transmit malicious code; gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts; disrupt our services; or use them for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Payment and billing

Services are offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance (monthly, quarterly, or annual). We offer a 14-day free trial; no credit card required. One trial per organization. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically.

You may cancel at any time through account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except as required by law. Failed payments may result in suspension; ensure your payment information is current.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply to your next billing cycle. You may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not agree.

Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are the property of Infradock and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Data and privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data; we will not access, use, or disclose it except to provide services or as required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infradock is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, third-party actions, or your failure to maintain backups or security.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Infradock harmless from claims arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or content you submit.

Service availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for damages from interruptions.

Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
